Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

CHAMBERLAIN is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our organization. With 120 years of experience in the industry, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software, with experience using Salesforce a plus.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
