Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our community leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our community's census and occupancy. Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with older adults and community members, generating leads, scheduling and conducting community tours, and following up with potential residents and/or their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive community growth and occupancy
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and other community partners
  • Plan and execute open house and community events to showcase our community's amenities and services
  • Collaborate with our creative consultant to develop effective ad campaigns and promotional materials
  • Track and maintain all leads in our CRM database, Yardi
  • Work closely with our community leadership team to close sales, create a positive experience for new residents, and ensure successful move-ins
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Senior living (or related field) and sales background
  • High school diploma or equivalent
