3. **Special Requests Management:** Address and strive to fulfill any unique banquet event requests, ensuring all arrangements comply with company standards.
4. **Safety and Compliance:** Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management and complete necessary safety training.
5. **Professional Appearance:** Maintain a clean and professional appearance while respecting the confidentiality of proprietary information and safeguarding company assets.
6. **Guest Interaction:** Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, proactively addressing their service needs and expressing genuine appreciation.
7. **Communication Skills:** Utilize clear and professional language when communicating with others, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.50 to $21.00 per hour. Benefits include health care options, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, life insurance, and disability coverage, among others. Eligibility for benefits may vary based on company policies.
