Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Leads, supports, and values customer service in both in-store and online shopping experiences.
- Team Development: Builds high-performing teams that can accomplish company goals, initiatives, and priorities.
- Store Operations: Responsible for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets, and supporting the Company Handbook in support of the Store Manager.
- Merchandising and Sales: Executes all aspects of merchandising and sales, including promotional and merchandising execution, and sales and profit growth.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Networks and recruits within the market to ensure the store has appropriate staffing levels to support the business.
- Communication and Leadership: Communicates clearly and objectively in ways that build commitment and demonstrate support for company initiatives.
- Education and Experience: College preferred or 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally, and to lead and motivate a team.
- Business Acumen: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to operate a Point of Sale system, registers, and hand-held devices efficiently and accurately.
