At Volt Workforce Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Renton, WA. This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Team Lead will lead and develop the customer support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, technical assistance, and aftersales services. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience working with customer service teams, and the ability to analyze data and improve processes.

Responsibilities
  • Streamline the complete Order Process to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Manage outbound materials (finished goods & spare parts) and incoming orders for four brands.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships throughout the order process.
  • Process invoices and provide input to Planning & Warehouse Department.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department, overseeing all brands.
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner, providing accurate solutions.
  • Coordinate online orders and work with the Technical Department for installations.
  • Create and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Monitor inventory reports for spare parts and equipment, supervising and maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee DEMO machines, tracking and managing the fleet.
  • Responsible for ordering restocking of spare parts and inventory, ensuring timely shipment coordination with the warehouse.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, handling front-facing customer communication.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a regular basis.
  • Oversee inbound orders, proper input in systems, and logistics of outbound orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Analyze service statistics and prepare detailed reports.
  • Hire and train new customer service agents.
Requirements
  • Excellent data analysis and review skills.
  • Ability to teach and mentor.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 professional.
  • Preferrable SAP knowledge.
  • Experience working with Amazon Sales Platforms or Auto quotes preferred.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and location. As a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.
