Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. As a key member of our dental team, you will provide professional assistance to our General Dentist in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist with sterilization of instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Take X-rays and enter patient treatment plans, utilizing your technical skills to support our dental team.
  • Present cases and educate patients on insurance benefits, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Perform temporary crowns and bridges, and pack cord, demonstrating your expertise in dental procedures.
  • Support the office and dentist with daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient patient care.
Requirements
  • Expanded functions and radiography certifications.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

We offer a competitive base pay, plus bonuses, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is also available for this position.
