Overview of the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide professional assistance to our General Dentists in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
- Ensure the sterilization of instruments and equipment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Take X-rays and accurately enter patient treatment plans, utilizing our electronic health records system.
- Present cases and educate patients on insurance benefits, promoting informed decision-making.
- Assist with daily operations, including making temporary crowns and bridges, packing cord, and providing support to the office and Dentist as needed.
- Hold Expanded Functions and Radiography certifications.
- Be proficient in English, with Spanish language skills a plus.
