About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at EmergeOrtho. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, managing call center operations, and ensuring excellent patient satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives to achieve high-quality patient outcomes and excellent customer service scores.
  2. Call Center Management: Manage all aspects of call center operations, including scheduling, staffing, and training.
  3. Patient Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage patients, improve satisfaction, and increase loyalty.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; minimum two years of call center experience and two to three years of team leadership experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, practice management software, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package: Our estimated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience. This includes a competitive base salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
