Join Our Team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse

Silverado, a renowned team in the aging services industry, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Brea community. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

We are looking for an LVN who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing vital assistance with mobility needs and daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks. You will also serve as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians, maintaining positive relationships and enhancing the lives of older adults.

Requirements
  • Graduated from a school of Vocational Nursing
  • Hold an active Vocational Nursing license (LVN/LPN)
  • Preferred experience working as a licensed nurse in a senior care or long-term care setting, particularly with residents who have Alzheimer's, dementia, or other memory impairments
