Our team of leasing and property management professionals, as well as rehabilitation, turns, and maintenance experts, work together to create a seamless experience for residents from move-in to move-out. We maintain top-quality homes and ensure potential residents are presented with a rental property they won't refuse.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality maintenance work within single-family rental homes owned by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and follow all company operational and safety policies, processes, and procedures.
- Travel between homes in a geographic region, delivering timely and professional maintenance service to residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly and professionally completing maintenance service requests across multiple trade categories (e.g., electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC minor, and appliances).
- Providing excellent customer service and promoting a quality living experience for all residents.
- Completing ProCare visits throughout resident's lease term to perform proactive maintenance and repairs in order to reduce future reactive maintenance service requests.
- Providing continuing education to residents regarding important maintenance topics such as resident maintenance responsibilities, resident bill backs, no-show charges, etc.
You will also be responsible for completing general property condition assessments (GPCA) at all property visits and submitting alerts to property management for items that require immediate attention. Proper utilization and care for company-supplied tools, materials, and vehicles are also expected.
