We're looking forward to getting to know you Job Summary The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing high-quality, cost-effective maintenance work within single family rental homes owned by the company, providing excellent customer service to residents, and follow all company operational and safety policies, processes, and procedures.

This is an important, resident-facing role at Invitation Homes with daily interaction with the company's customers. This position is assigned a company vehicle and will travel between homes in a geographic region, delivering timely and professional maintenance service to residents. Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromptly and professionally complete maintenance service requests across multiple trade categories (e.g., electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC (minor), and appliances)
