About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Sally's Apizza in Stamford. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Develop and implement drink menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bartending or hospitality role.
  • Knowledge of mixology and ability to create unique and delicious cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
