We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. As a key member of our call center, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their long-term financial goals.

About the Role

As a Financial Services Representative, you'll work collaboratively with a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized service to our customers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns
  • Empowering customers to make informed decisions about their retirement savings accounts
  • Communicating critical plan updates and changes
  • Processing contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals
  • Processing general account changes upon direction from the customer
  • Receiving training and support to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing quality service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday
  • Associates degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (including but not limited to food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience
  • Capability to work overtime as required based on business need

Base Salary Range

$36, $49,950.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
