Overview

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Bailey-Boushay House, a nationally recognized model for HIV care. As a Registered Nurse at Bailey-Boushay House, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide end-of-life care to patients with HIV/AIDS and other life-limiting illnesses.

Responsibilities
  • Provide around-the-clock nursing care to patients with HIV/AIDS and other life-limiting illnesses.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including therapists, social workers, and dietary staff, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Qualifications
  • Current Washington State licensure as an RN.
  • CPR certification.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Understanding of HIV/AIDS disease progression.
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills.
