Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of No Soliciting, a members-only bar and restaurant in downtown Columbus.

This role will provide leadership and support to team members to ensure exceptional service and a great experience for our members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation of weekly schedules and oversee daily operations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Rise Brands and ensure values are upheld.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with members and guests.
  • Monitor and evaluate team member performance and guest service skills.
  • Set and review objectives in line with the performance review and onboarding process.
  • Manage organization and cleanliness of the space and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Certify team members on proper pouring and ringing in procedures.
  • Manage POS system and train team members on accurate procedures.
  • Manage product, supplies, inventory, and stock control.
  • Anticipate needs of guests and colleagues and undertake operational duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Management experience in upscale, high-volume bar/restaurant environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience assigning tasks, leading teams, and holding staff accountable.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and lifting heavy items.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to follow proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
