Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist II to join our team at Bahama Consulting. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor test result completion and ensure accuracy.
  • Check order entry for completion and accuracy.
  • Notify clinical staff of patient needs.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
