Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide infusion therapies in patients' homes, utilizing your clinical IV experience and expertise to ensure safe and effective treatment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care and treatment.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in California.
  • Minimum 2 years of IV nursing experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Malpractice insurance.
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems.
  • Ability to pass a background check, including a drug test.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three years of nursing experience.
  • Home healthcare experience.
