Job Summary:

The Travel CT Technologist will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care. This is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Monitor patients during CT scans and respond to any emergencies that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
  • 2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
