Responsibilities:
- Operate advanced CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts
- Collaborate closely with quality control specialists to ensure exceptional part quality
- Analyze production processes and make modifications as needed to improve overall efficiency
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed components to detect and remove defects
- Maintain machinery through regular routine maintenance
- Apply mathematical calculations and measurements using precision instruments to guarantee accurate results
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior machinists when required
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Ability to effectively set up jobs and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and modify parts as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary range of $65,000-$85,000 based on location and experience
