We're seeking a skilled Swiss Machinist/Programmer to join our team in producing high-quality, life-saving components for the medical industry using state-of-the-art Citizen Swiss machines.

Salary: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Master precision machining by programming, operating, and maintaining Citizen Swiss machines using cutting-edge software like Gibbs Cam and Esprit.
  • Execute with accuracy by setting up CNC machines and executing machining operations according to exacting specifications required for medical devices and components.
  • Ensure quality standards by conducting thorough inspections of finished medical parts to ensure they meet stringent industry standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.
  • Contribute to healthcare innovation by delivering top-quality medical components used in devices that save lives.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing practices, continuously improving efficiency while upholding the highest standards of precision and safety.
Requirements
  • Expertise in CNC machining with proven experience in CNC machining and programming, specializing in Swiss machining—ideally in medical manufacturing or similar high-precision industries.
  • Technical proficiency with familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Blueprint mastery with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints with precision.
  • Commitment to safety and quality with adherence to strict quality control and safety standards essential in the production of medical devices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team focused on delivering excellence in the medical field.
