Position Summary
We are currently in search of experienced Machine Setup Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background and relevant experience in the coiling process.

Key Responsibilities
As a Machine Setup Operator, your primary duties will include:
  • Operating and maintaining metal forming machinery to produce high-quality springs and other metal components.
  • Setting up, troubleshooting, and adjusting machines to meet specified product dimensions.
  • Conducting inspections and documenting critical dimensions of produced parts.
  • Selecting and installing the appropriate tools and equipment necessary for production.
  • Ensuring that tools and parts are organized and maintained properly.
  • Grinding arbors and other necessary components as required.
  • Maintaining quality standards while adhering to set-up and running speeds.
  • Identifying and resolving production issues when defective parts are detected.
  • Interpreting shop orders and utilizing computer systems for material requisitions.
  • Weighing, labeling, and packaging finished products.
  • Following all safety protocols and practices consistently.

Training Opportunities
Qualified candidates will receive training in:
  • Understanding Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Utilizing measuring instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
  • Analyzing work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine processes, materials, tooling, and operational sequences.
  • Selecting and installing necessary tools and equipment to produce parts as per specifications.
