As the Assistant Chief Cybersecurity Officer at ENGIE North America, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining a comprehensive cybersecurity initiative across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and uphold the cybersecurity vision, strategy, and framework for North America, ensuring the secure and seamless operation of all information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) systems. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Information Security Officer to enhance ENGIE's overarching IT/OT cybersecurity strategy, program, and risk management approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain internal guidelines and controls to ensure compliance with global policies, regulatory requirements, and program mandates.
- Lead the Cybersecurity Leadership Team in driving initiatives that bolster the organization's cybersecurity posture.
- Utilize your extensive experience in cybersecurity, IT/OT system design, and networking to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills to facilitate successful outcomes in various projects.
- Present complex cybersecurity concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including Legal, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources, to ensure cohesive cybersecurity strategies.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of guiding technology teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
- Domestic travel may be required, up to 10% of the time, including occasional overnight trips.
- A valid U.S. driver's license is required.
- Compliance with ENGIE's ethics and safety policies is mandatory.
Salary Range: $146,300 - $224,135 USD annually.
This range reflects the average expected pay for qualified candidates. Actual salary may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for a competitive bonus and incentive plan.
