Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist with 5+ years of experience to support our HR department in various functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, senior-level recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, establishing recruitment requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Collaborate with the Executive leadership team to define the organization's long-term mission and core values to continue an inclusive culture.
- Assist in the daily workflow of the Human Resources department.
- Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Manage all associate Benefits programs, assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, and obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids.
- Manage Succession Planning, working with managers to identify and develop internal candidates with potential to fill key business leadership positions within the company.
- Maintain management policies, procedures, guidelines, and the Associate Handbook.
- Assist the Training Manager with training programs on an on-going basis and making recommendations as necessary to ensure quality and consistency.
- Associate Discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Manage new hire, onboarding, and performance management process within ADP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or human resources management preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
- Strong expertise in networking and sourcing high level Executive Candidates.
- Ability to consistently exercise sound judgment.
- Must be able to effectively manage confidential information.
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office.
