Job Title: Equipment Mechanic

Landmark Paving is seeking a skilled Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As an Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of heavy equipment, including pavers, rollers, skid steers, and milling machines.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with diesel engines and other machinery
  • Perform routine repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment
  • Respond to roadside emergencies and perform repairs as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Enter work orders and track maintenance records
Requirements:
  • Formal technical training or industry certifications
  • Experience working with heavy equipment and diesel engines
  • Intermediate welding skills
  • Basic computer skills
Working Conditions:
  • Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and outdoor elements
  • Occasional overtime, including weekends
  • Occasional shift work, including nights and weekends
