Front Desk Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests at Holiday Inn Express. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even in challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities.
- Take reservations and answer questions via phone and in-person.
- Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions.
- Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation.
- Able to lift 30 pounds.
