Clinical Operations Nurse Manager

The Clinical Operations Nurse Manager is a vital leadership role within our healthcare organization, responsible for overseeing the daily functions of designated clinical departments. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the 24-hour operations of the clinical department, ensuring patient and family-centered care.
- Define and uphold standards for quality patient care, while developing and evaluating team performance.
- Participate in the formulation and adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Utilize nursing knowledge and leadership skills to enhance patient care, personnel development, and operational efficiency.
- Foster an environment of innovation and excellence in clinical and team performance.
- Conduct comprehensive operational and fiscal management with a focus on patient and team member satisfaction.
- Recruit, interview, and implement retention strategies for staff members.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, ensuring adherence to established standards and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with medical staff and administration to achieve patient care objectives.
- Oversee personnel management, environmental monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate continuing education for team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required.
- A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience is preferred, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid and active RN licensure in the appropriate state is mandatory.
- AHA BLS certification is required; additional certifications may be necessary based on departmental needs.
- National Professional Nursing certification is highly desirable.
