We are seeking an experienced Admissions Clinical Liaison to join our team at Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient intake evaluations to ensure accurate and efficient admissions processing.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clinically approve admissions and process health insurance information.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Experience in authorizations and insurance preferred.
- Familiarity with post-acute care, rehabilitation hospitals, and sub-acute rehabilitation facilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
