Job Title: Senior Salesforce Analyst/Developer

Horizon Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Analyst/Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for configuring and developing solutions for multiple field-based teams through integration of secondary data sources, custom analytics, and functional expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and development, as well as experience working with business functions such as Sales Operations, Field-based organizations, Marketing, and Marketing Operations. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, delivering IT projects, and providing business consulting support to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document business requirements for the business area of responsibility
  • Responsible for delivery of (components of) IT projects via configuration and/or development
  • Assure project and project teams follow company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards, including SDLC and Change control
  • Provide business consulting support to customers
  • Analyze, resolve, and document system changes needed as a result of defects, enhancements, incidents, missing requirements, or other root causes
  • Proactively identify and assist in prioritizing opportunities to streamline business and system processes
  • Identify issues and lead resolution efforts. Escalate issues appropriately
  • Develop and assist in the presentation of business cases and system roadmaps
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on projects
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with business users. Work closely with users to complete required tasks
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field or relevant combination of education and experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce administration/configuration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with business functions: Sales Operations, Field-based organizations, Marketing, Marketing Operations
  • Demonstrated success developing and presenting solutions to complex business situations
  • Highly proficient analytical and software skills aimed at data analysis and operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce automation and third-party tools
  • Experience managing customer relationships at various organizational levels
  • Experience with formal SDLC methodology desired, as well as with system validation processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex information
