About the Opportunity

Therapy Tree is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based therapy and training to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose occupational disorders, developing personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Educate and train patients, parents, and caregivers on strategies and techniques to support their loved ones.
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program.
  • Current Arizona OT licensure.
  • Fingerprint clearance card.
  • Liability insurance.
