Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CAAS Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will require close alignment with firm leadership as we continue to grow and establish this key service area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, a passion for client service, and the leadership skills to drive growth and innovation. Your role will involve strategic planning, client relationship management, team leadership, and business development. You will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding the accounting and advisory services that we offer our clients. It will be your responsibility to oversee the team, ensuring that it operates efficiently and profitably, and provides exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for clients in accordance with their goals and objectives
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensures that clients receive high-quality accounting and financial services
• Leads, mentors, and manages a team of accounting professionals
• Manage client accounting and advisory services, including tax preparation and compliance
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead business development initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and other financial software
• Nice to have: experience with client accounting, advisory services, and business development
