Role Summary:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be integral to the efficient functioning of our home care operations. Your main focus will be on the management and organization of client care schedules, ensuring that our paraprofessional staff, clients, and their families receive outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the retention of high-quality staff and clients through effective operational and staffing assistance.
  • Facilitate communication among agency personnel, caregivers, and clients to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Assign and organize staff schedules for care services.
  • Relay essential information regarding client care to assigned caregivers.
  • Coordinate case coverage and notify relevant parties of any changes.
  • Verify timesheets for payroll and billing as required.
  • Maintain strong communication to enhance relationships with referral sources.
  • Oversee compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) protocols.
  • Efficiently coordinate care services across various regions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience in a home care environment is required.
  • Experience with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and electronic health records.
