Job Overview
Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and material handling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including OM&S items and other materials.
- Utilize CMPRO/ERP software to track and manage inventory, as well as receive and process deliveries.
- Receive and inspect materials, checking for damages and sorting stock for distribution in the PDC.
- Keep accurate records of invoices received and process payments accordingly.
- Fulfill orders by retrieving items from the PDC and preparing them for delivery.
- Monitor and maintain the movement of merchandise in the Receiving department to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Deliver materials to customers on site.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 125lbs and perform physical labor as needed.
- Clean driving record and ability to operate forklifts and similar equipment.
- US citizenship and current active security clearance.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to think quickly and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of receiving management and inventory control software, as well as MS Office.
- Experience with ERP filing systems a plus.
