Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Argus Technical Services. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Gage Calibrations and manage the calibration system
- Develop Balloon drawings & export templates for FAI reports using software program
- Inspect parts routed to QA per Dispatch list
- In-process, Cosmetic, FAI inspections, Gage R & R, Capability Studies etc...
- Create receiving inspection plans
- Perform receiving inspections
- MRB - Daily disposition of rejected in-process items
- Perform label verifications
- Back-Up responsibilities as needed
- Creating Quality at the Source plans for deployment to the shop
- Label Creation
- Storing material certs received electronically and scanning / saving hard copies
Requirements:
- Experience with Gage Calibration preferred
- Experienced with Measurement Equipment - Romer Arm, Microvu, CMM, and hand-held gages
- Strong computer /Microsoft office
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and measurement callouts, GDT, Tolerance blocks etc...
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years manufacturing experience within quality preferred
