Quality Improvement LVN II

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse II to join our team in Quality Improvement. As a Quality Improvement LVN II, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and document patient injuries and infections
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Assist with grievances and complaints
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program
  • Active, unrestricted LVN license from the state of California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain at the time of hire
  • I.V. and blood withdraw certified
  • Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification or at time of hire
  • Pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certification or at time of hire
  • 1+ years of experience working as an LVN/LPN
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience working as an LVN/LPN
  • Experience working Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program
