Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited LVN program
  • Active LVN license in California
  • BLS certification or ability to obtain
  • I.V. and blood withdrawal certification
  • ACLS and PALS certification
  • 1+ years of experience as an LVN/LPN
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an LVN/LPN
  • Experience with Quality Assurance Performance Improvement programs
