About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and team-oriented gardener with initiative to join our team at Cascade Industries.

Job Summary:

The gardening team consists of two to three gardeners and is responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of the district's properties. Tasks include basic gardening, tree care, as well as construction and redesign of planting areas, paving, fences, and sports facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completion of a gardening apprenticeship, preferably in the field of garden and landscape construction;
  • Driver's license: at least class BE, C1E, or old class III;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Friendly demeanor;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Experience with machinery (loader, mini excavator, chainsaw, etc.), paving, tree care, and good knowledge of plants.

What We Offer:

Salary will be based on the TVöD collective agreement. The probationary period is 6 months. We also offer the usual benefits of public service employment.
