Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Specialist to join our team at Reid Hospital & Health Care Services.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cisco Call Manager Systems and integrations, as well as experience in managing and monitoring unified communication systems.

This is a hands-on technical position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor Cisco Call Manager Systems and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cisco Call Manager
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure integration with other systems and tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior IT staff
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in communication technologies
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing and monitoring Cisco Call Manager Systems and integrations
  • Significant and successful experience supporting various unified communications solutions and implementation
  • Working experience with hardware and software systems including on premise data center with Cisco, Dell, Dell / EMC, network protocols such as H.323, SIP, DHCP, DNS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix NetScaler, VMware, Linux, Unix, and/or Windows environments, LAN/WAN/SDN, technologies as well as cloud providers
