Health First Travel RN Opportunities

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our team in various specialties, including PCU, ICU, Med Surg, and Emergency Department. As a Health First Travel RN, you will have the flexibility to work on short-term contracts, ranging from 11-13 weeks, and enjoy a higher shift differential of $6/hour for nights.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing uncompromised safety, superior quality, and memorable patient experiences. Nursing care is provided to individual patients based on their cultural, spiritual, and age-specific needs.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Appropriate delegation and supervision of patient care activities
  • Effective communication with the healthcare team to promote a collaborative environment of care
  • Coordinates interdisciplinary plan of care based on current evidence-based practice
  • Documents all nursing care, changes in condition, response to therapy, treatments, procedures, and referrals on patient records
  • Provides patient, family, and/or caregiver education as directed by the plan of care
  • Provides service to patients and families with sensitivity and respect for their needs, expectations, age, cultural, and individual needs
