Community Engagement:

- Work alongside university leadership to create and implement strategies for community outreach aimed at increasing program visibility and student enrollment.
- Identify and engage with communities to build sustainable relationships that meet educational needs.
- Maintain records of community partnerships and assess specific needs through collaborative initiatives.
- Establish training opportunities with community organizations.
- Align outreach efforts with university objectives.
Student Engagement:
- Address student concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Lead initiatives to support student development, including monitoring academic progress and facilitating participation in community activities.
- Collaborate with university leaders to reduce student attrition rates.
Academic Management:
- Recruit and manage a diverse faculty team in accordance with institutional guidelines.
- Foster an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and innovative teaching methods.
- Implement a structured system for evaluating faculty performance to ensure alignment with educational outcomes.
- Encourage faculty involvement in scholarly activities and professional organizations.
Academic Delivery:
- Ensure that the curriculum meets the competencies required by the university and relevant accrediting bodies.
- Teach a designated number of credits each academic year, depending on administrative responsibilities.
- Supervise student research projects and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate course scheduling to optimize the student experience and faculty assignment.
- Explore the integration of innovative instructional technologies into the curriculum.
Basic Qualifications:
- A doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- BCBA-D certification.
- State licensure as a behavior analyst, if applicable.
- Experience in academic administration and graduate-level teaching is preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in higher education.
