Job Overview:
The Med Career Solutions team is seeking a highly skilled RN Nurse Manager to lead our Blood Cancer Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing all department functions, supporting the mission and vision of our organization, and working closely with patients, physicians, and staff to deliver exceptional care.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $127,000 per year

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of recent acute care leadership experience in a Blood Cancer Unit. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will possess current RN licensure in the State of Texas or a compact license, as well as American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS Provider certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities:
- Identify cost-effective systems to support business operations, considering trends, resource availability, and customer needs.
- Establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through continuous data collection and employee involvement.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to meet facility and unit goals.
