Caregiver for Adults

At BAYADA Home Health Care, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
- Assist with range of motion and exercises
- Transfer clients using mechanical lifting devices
- Administer oral medications and vital sign checks
- Assist with ambulation and medication management
- Competitive hourly rate: $20-$30 per hour, depending on shift length
- Weekly pay
- Flexible work schedule
- Non-licensed home care field employees are eligible for BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits
- Short commute times and a positive work environment
- Scholarship programs and paid time off
- 24/7 on-call clinical manager support
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current HHA or CNA license
