We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Creative Liquid Coatings, INC. in Kendallville, Indiana.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with occasional overtime on short notice. As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery in our production facility.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and correct machine/equipment malfunctions, remove defective components, and install new ones to restore function.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Complete routine checks and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Fabrication and Repair: Fabricate and repair parts as needed using various tools and equipment.
  • Welding and Cutting: Perform welding and cutting tasks as required.

You will also be expected to maintain a safe and clean work environment, follow all safety protocols, and support our IATF 16949 initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent combination of maintenance education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of general maintenance experience, with welding experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
