Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to provide exceptional patient care and support our clinical staff. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care through effective admission and discharge processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
