Job Title: Post-Master's FellowshipWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Post-Master's Fellow. This is a full-time, salaried position that offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
Job SummaryThe Post-Master's Fellow will work under the supervision of a licensed clinician to provide psychotherapeutic services to clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are seeking to gain experience and develop their skills in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities- Provide psychotherapeutic services to clients, including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
- Carry and maintain a caseload of clients, with supervision and support from licensed clinicians
- Participate in individual and group supervision, case consultation, and other meetings as required
- Conduct scholarly presentations and contribute to the development of the clinic's training program
- Master's degree in psychology, clinical counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or similar field
- Successful completion of a clinically-focused, master's-level practicum or internship
- Stated mental health licensure track in Minnesota and compliance with requirements for licensure or board certification as a mental health professional
