- Execute tree pruning, trimming, and removal tasks in line with established industry standards.
- Diagnose tree ailments and pest infestations, formulating effective treatment strategies.
- Advise on tree planting and selection tailored to site conditions and client desires.
- Utilize and maintain tree care machinery and tools effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure streamlined and productive tree care operations.
- Engage with clients to ascertain their tree care requirements and deliver suitable recommendations.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations diligently.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a tree care role.
- Preferred certification as a Tree Care Specialist or equivalent credentials.
- Comprehensive understanding of various tree species, care techniques, and diseases.
- Expertise in tree climbing, pruning, and removal methods.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Preferred Credentials:
- A Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, or a related discipline.
- Experience collaborating with commercial and municipal clients.
- ISA Certified Arborist or ISA Tree Worker Climber Specialist certification is advantageous.
