Arborist Professional

Essel is seeking an experienced Arborist to provide expert tree care services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tree species, care practices, and diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough tree assessments to determine health, vitality, and risk factors.
• Perform pruning, trimming, and removal services in accordance with industry standards.
• Identify and diagnose tree diseases and pests, and develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide expert recommendations for tree planting and selection based on site conditions and client preferences.
• Operate and maintain tree care equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective tree care operations.
• Communicate with clients to understand their tree care needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Arborist.
• Certification as an Arborist or similar credentials preferred.
• Deep knowledge of tree species, care practices, and diseases.
• Proficiency in tree climbing, pruning, and removal techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, or related field.
• Experience working with commercial and municipal clients.
• ISA Certified Arborist or ISA Tree Worker Climber Specialist certification.
