Job Title: Tow Truck Driver

Stepp's Towing and Heavy Transport is seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Lakeland. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for responding to accidents, breakdowns, and other roadside incidents, providing excellent customer service, and safely loading cars onto the back of your truck.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to accidents, breakdowns, and other roadside incidents
  • Stay in contact with motorists when en route
  • Perform basic repairs or tow vehicles to a garage
  • Safely load cars onto the back of your truck
  • Remove illegally parked vehicles
Requirements:
  • 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
  • Past towing experience or related field is a plus
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • Must be registered in the DOT Clearinghouse
  • Must be able to pass a background check/drug test
  • Must have a Clean Driving Record
  • Possess great Customer Service/Communication Skills
