Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on all plant equipment, including injection machines and product assembly lines.
  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement and provide support for process monitoring.
  • Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Participate in the selection, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance parts and service suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and monitor the observance of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate in the planning and coordination of changes to machinery, equipment, production systems, and methods of work.
  • Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with environmental management system guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain a safe workplace by wearing protective clothing, using safety equipment, and following safe working procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in preventative maintenance of injection and blow machines.
  • Familiarity with maintenance work on injection machine brands such as Haitian and others.
  • Experience with robotic maintenance is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment with working knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office.
