About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Line Manager II to join our team at PAC Panasonic Avionics Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product line strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product line strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Maintain close relationships with customers, evaluators, and potential customers to stay aware of market needs
  • Define and develop road mapping processes to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and problem resolution
  • Communicate and manage all product deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure all product data is accurate and up-to-date in applicable systems and tools
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Marketing
  • Previous experience in the aerospace or related industry is preferred
  • Exposure to Inflight Entertainment (IFE) or avionics airplane installation projects, airline operations, and/or electronics manufacturing is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal organizations
  • Strong ability to drive, influence, and collaborate across functional areas
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities
  • Strong creative thinking skillset and ability to resolve issues in imaginative and practical ways
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrates strong judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
