Job Title: Parts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at Lost Pines Toyota. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the parts department, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective parts department strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless parts delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve parts department efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training and guidance to parts department staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in parts management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
